Do you think the Dalai Lama should be allowed back into Tibet? Why or why not?

I need to interview a college professor tomorrow about the dalai lama, and i am not sure what i should ask him. I think i will start off basic by asking "What is the position of the Dalai lama"...but im not sure exactly what more advanced questions i should ask. I am trying to create a documentary for a class, and i need to focus on his impact on the world and what he has done to change things, mainly how will he be remembered 100 years from now. any help is greatly appreciated.

How do I cite this? I know how to cite, but this incorporates an incredibly important figure, so how do I cite the Dalai Lama? Is it, Lama, Dalai, or just The Dalai Lama or what?

The book is set in the near future and opens with the death of the present dalai lama. It follows the story of three monks and a journalist as they follow clues to find the new, reborn dalai lama and they travel through mountains and encounter violence in Tibet in the process of finding the child. I got this book from the library a while ago and really enjoyed it but can't remember what it is called. If anyone has read it and knows the name and or author I would be very grateful.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the leader of the Gelukpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. There are Tibetan Buddhists from all over the world and of every race and many nationalities. The Dalai Lama is the spiritual leader of these people as well. Tibetan Buddhism is not just practiced in Tibet or among Tibetans anymore. Does the media not realize this? They always refer to him as being the spiritual leader of Tibetans, instead of just Tibetan Buddhists.

Seeing the 2 of them together yesterday my first thought was, If the Dalai Lama was running for the Republicans instead of McCain, I might take a closer look.. I mean, the guy may be old, but he looks alot better and moves quicker than McCain

Wikipedia doesn't really specify. I'm assuming he speaks Mandarin Chinese, since that's the official language of China, and he lives in China. I know that he also speaks English, since I've heard him speak it. He speaks with a weird Indian accent, though. Why does he have that accent anyway? But the Pope speaks a ton of different languages, so I'm assuming the Dalai Lama has to as well.
